RICKEY ALFORD JR., managerial associate

Rickey Alford Jr. (he/him) is a managerial associate at Park Avenue Artists where he specializes in Relationship Development, Special Projects and Event Production.

Over the years, he has developed a deep love for music, with his earliest memories being in church multiple days a week, playing the drums, and traveling with his family’s choir. While attending Temple University, Rickey took full advantage of any and all opportunities while pursuing his dream of working in Entertainment. He hosted campus television and radio shows until graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Production, B.A.

Rickey got his running start in the Music industry as a former NBC Ent. intern and since graduating, has occupied roles at Universal Music Group, United Masters, and Sony Music Entertainment. He has a wealth of experience across Brand Partnerships, Press and Release Planning, having been afforded several opportunities to work on campaigns, and activations, with artists such as, SZA and Miguel to Becky G and Doja Cat.

As a Managerial Associate, Rickey uses a creative mind, fueled by his love for music, the industry, and pop culture, to develop and execute programming with Park Avenue Artists’ partners. He also brings his unique POV to the ‘Voice Of’ series, where he is eagerly developing new symphonic shows to be toured and enjoyed for audiences worldwide!
